This report presents findings from the Kulea Watoto research and learning partnership, examining ECD service quality, parenting programme effectiveness, and child-level developmental outcomes across Kyaka II and other refugee settlement communities in western Uganda. The study draws on longitudinal data from over 2,400 children aged 0–8 and 1,200 caregivers.
